Paradoxes & Shadows

Paradoxes
The fear of fearlessness
is paramount;
a hill
among fathomless mountains.
Grading on an
upward curve
Is a fashion;
not a trend.
Special
is counterpoint:
the worthless worth the most,
the worthy, shadows;
Unviolent civil moonshine;
dull yet gleaming.
Paradoxes are nature's resolution:
Seductive, yet repellent:
a cavalcade of no or yes,
Of maybe;
Of myriads of unquantifiably half-strange sentences.
Of sudden endings,
hanging on a
cliff.

Shadows
It's children of a greater god
Who take a red man for a father-figure;
He is a giver; juster judge; and free
Of bad experience,
of fear of dust.
Believe in shadows, if
Believe you must.
